Post Commander  Reunion Registration Form!!!!

I am signing the contract with the "Silver Legacy" Hotel in Reno and there is a slight adjustment on the dates.  We are at the opening of the American Legion National instead of just following.  Our dates will start on 'Thursday Aug 23" when we will open the hospitality room.  Friday we can play around National on the 24th as the exhibits should be open and that night will be our "buffet dinner".  Saturday the 25th we will have our Post meetings and that evening will have the Post's 'plated dinner'.  Sunday is the Legion National Parade and we will march in the van (front for those who ain't trained) and the Post hospitality room will be open all day.  Monday is the FODPAL breakfast and they will hand over the Presidency to China Post for the 2007-8 year.  We will have room availability for all who want to stay over and can get credentials and trade them to those who want to go to the National sessions which start on Tuesday the 28th and run until their end of business on the 30th (Thursday).

The cost difference to stay over the weekend of Labor day and the flight difficulty made for an adjustment.  To stay over Labor Day is a daily $40 add on.  At present our rates will be $69 for Mon-Thurs nights and $119 for Fri and Sat.  Makes a stayover for Sun and Mon to average out and do the other functions easy.
